Inside Sales Representative 

LeadLife has multiple openings for Inside Sales Representatives.
Compensation: Salary Plus Commission;  includes Health and Dental benefits.

Overview: This person will manage all aspects of the sales cycle and generate SaaS revenue (monthly subscription) for LeadLife. This qualified Inside Sales Representative will prospect and build a sales pipeline, follow up on email leads, web queries, qualify new leads and manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting, preparation, call activity, and closure. This position requires the Inside Sales Representative to be able to present an appropriate value proposition over the phone and close opportunities.

Our rapidly growing software company has a newly created position for the right sales professional. Proven experience at prospecting, properly qualifying and quickly closing new business opportunities is what we are looking for.

The proper candidate is money motivated, a self-starter and able to work with only minimum supervision. Our lucrative compensation plan includes a $50K base salary, plus no ceiling or cap on commissions. You must be motivated to earn a minimum of $100K or more within the first twelve months.

Duties & Responsibilities:  (Responsibilities include, but are not limited to):

  • Generate, develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to consistently meet and exceed quarterly quota objectives
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process on leads and defined opportunities including ongoing qualification, demonstration, objection handling
  • Continuously prospect and nurture incoming leads in a timely manner
  • Educate prospects on LeadLife Marketing Automation and services and manage objections
  • Consistently meet sales activity metrics as measured on a weekly basis
  • Consistently exceed quarterly revenue goals
  • Accurately forecast business and sales pipeline as required, updating management on the status of all prospects
  • Conduct web demos
  • Record all lead and opportunity activity in LeadLife using defined process
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and continue to evolve programs and materials
  • Maintain professional relationships that meet company core values

Skills, Attributes, Education and Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years managing sales opportunities, generating leads and exceeding quotas in a sales role preferably with B2B SaaS solution
  • Proven track record of selling to and closing on opportunities to multiple levels within an organization with accurate pipeline and forecast management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Strong phone sales skills, understanding of the sales process, and the ability to make high volume outbound calls to build a prospect funnel base
  • Understanding of consultative sales process
  • Familiarity with the marketing automation/email marketing/CRM space preferred
  • Strong commitment to personal excellence, self-motivated, self-starter, organized and resourceful
  • Good time management skills managing pre-call planning, outbound call and lead development, opportunity qualification, objection handling, sales process control
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, set goals, prioritize and meet deadlines

Overview:  LeadLife is seeking a Lead to Revenue Expert that will work with customers to implement our marketing automation solution, advise and deliver best practices for campaign strategy, lead nurturing, lead scoring and more. Areas of emphasis include customer discovery and analysis, implementation, and providing on-going guidance for marketing and sales departments of LeadLife customers. Particular attention should be given to understanding marketing programs and processes – including marketing campaign strategies, lead nurturing and lead scoring techniques.  These individuals must possess excellent communication skills over the phone and take great pride in helping LeadLife customers become successful.  They must be proactive – driving customer implementations and ongoing success.

  • Guide customers with best practices surrounding marketing automation
  • Provide lead nurturing strategy and lead management approaches

  • Drive customer references and case studies
  • Work closely with Sales Team on account management
