LEADLIFE collects your identity, contact, and payment details when you make purchases within the LEADLIFE Webshop.
Why do we collect this information?
LEADLIFE collects and processes your personal data primarily to provide you with proper service delivery.
Additionally, we process your personal data:

- To keep you informed of our activities via the LEADLIFE newsletter.
In no case does LEADLIFE process personal data to diagnose and/or treat conditions or diseases in relation to this.
Who has access to your personal data?
Only the part of the LEADLIFE team that needs your data to provide services.
Additionally, there are some suppliers and service providers who offer services to LEADLIFE and to you related to (IT) support, maintenance, hosting, computer security, or other specific services, who may have access to certain personal data. We only share your personal data with Leadlife BV and with the relevant Leadlife Partner(s) insofar as you have purchased Product(s), Service(s), and/or Track(s) from Leadlife BV or a Leadlife Partner.
What rights do you have?
You can ask LEADLIFE at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can send an email to privacy@leadlife.com and follow the procedure described in Article 5.7 of the full Webshop Privacy Policy.
You can also always request a copy of all the information we have collected about you by sending an email to the same address.
What do we do to protect your personal data?
LEADLIFE takes appropriate security measures at both technical and organizational levels.
To improve our services, LEADLIFE may use your data. However, LEADLIFE will always use this data in a form that complies with GDPR, using advanced software and solutions. Article 1 – GENERAL
LEADLIFE TECHNOLOGIES, (hereinafter “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “LEADLIFE”), a private company under Belgian law, with registered office at Zwaanhofweg 10, 8900 Ypres, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number 0834.079.442, takes responsibility for processing your personal data as the "Data Controller", including the use of the LEADLIFE Webshop [LINK WEBSHOP] (hereinafter: "Webshop").
This Webshop Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time. The most recent version is the one available on our Webshop. When we make changes, we will notify you of the adjustments via our Webshop.
In our Webshop Privacy Policy, the term "Personal Data" refers to all information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. LEADLIFE may collect, use, share, or otherwise process personal data from individuals who purchase Leadlife Products, Services, or Tracks via the Webshop. Visitors to the Website and Potential Partners can obtain more information regarding the processing of their personal data in the Website Privacy Policy.
The collection and processing of personal data is subject to strict conditions. LEADLIFE complies with:

This Webshop Privacy Policy only applies to the pages on the Website that belong to the Webshop and to the direct marketing conducted by LEADLIFE. Article 3 – PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
LEADLIFE collects and processes your personal data primarily to enable the purchase of Leadlife Products, Services, and Tracks via the Webshop.

3.2 Direct marketing
When you make a purchase in the Webshop, your personal data may be used for direct marketing purposes, based on LEADLIFE’s legitimate interest and in accordance with this Webshop Privacy Policy. This allows LEADLIFE to inform you about similar products and services it offers via its newsletter, LEADLIFE package, emails, postal letters, and other media.
You can object to receiving such emails or postal mail at any time, free of charge and without justification, by clicking the unsubscribe button at the end of a promotional email or by sending an email to privacy@leadlife.com.
3.3 Statistical purposes
Your data may be further aggregated and used for statistical purposes.
3.4 Transfer to third parties
LEADLIFE treats personal data as confidential information and will not disclose or communicate it to third parties under any conditions or for any purpose other than those mentioned in this Webshop Privacy Policy or under the conditions required by law.
LEADLIFE may share your personal data with Leadlife BV and/or the relevant Leadlife Partner(s) insofar as you have purchased Product(s), Service(s), and/or Track(s) from Leadlife BV and/or Leadlife Partners.
Additionally, LEADLIFE may disclose your personal data to third parties insofar as it is necessary for us to carry out our business operations, including but not limited to suppliers and service providers offering services related to IT support, hosting, computer security, or other specific services. Under no circumstances will these third parties disclose your personal data to other third parties, except in the following situations:
- The communication of your personal data by these third parties to their suppliers or subcontractors is necessary for them to carry out their business activities;
- Such third parties are required by applicable laws or regulations to provide certain information or documents to the competent authorities.
In order to perform its services, LEADLIFE will, in any case, need to share your personal data with its processors or suppliers, for example, for maintenance and support purposes.
LEADLIFE will not sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise make your personal data commercially available to third parties, except as provided in this Webshop Privacy Policy, or when you have given prior explicit consent for it.
In the event of a complete or partial reorganization or transfer of LEADLIFE's business activities, whereby LEADLIFE reorganizes, merges, transfers shares, ceases its business activities, or in the event LEADLIFE goes bankrupt, your personal data may be transferred to new entities or third parties. LEADLIFE will do its best to inform you in advance, where reasonably possible, that LEADLIFE intends to transfer your personal data to a third party.
3.5 Legal obligations
In exceptional circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal data as a result of a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance unless this is subject to legal restrictions.
Article 4 – DURATION OF PROCESSING
LEADLIFE retains your Personal Data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes listed in Article 3 of this Webshop Privacy Policy, including as long as it is essential for the contractual relationship between you and LEADLIFE.
LEADLIFE may also retain your Personal Data to comply with legal requirements, including the requirement to retain your Personal Data after the termination of the contractual relationship between you and LEADLIFE. This includes applicable statute of limitations for billing, payment, accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance. Therefore, the retention periods set forth below may be deviated from if such legal obligations apply.

Article 5 – YOUR RIGHTS
5.1 Right of access and inspection
You have the right to be informed of your Personal Data at any time and the use We make of your Personal Data, or to request information about your Personal Data. An example is requesting a copy of your Personal Data.
5.2 Right to rectification, deletion, and restriction
You are free to choose whether or not to provide Us with certain Personal Data. You always have the right to request Us to amend or complete your Personal Data if it is incorrect or incomplete.
You may also request that the processing of your Personal Data be restricted if you believe your data is inaccurate and subsequently notify Us, the processing is unlawful, the data is no longer needed, or you have objected.
Additionally, you have the right to request LEADLIFE to delete your data to the extent We are unable to anonymize it unless We are required to retain it due to a legal obligation.
However, if you refuse to provide certain Personal Data or ask Us to delete it, We may no longer be able to offer Our Services in an optimal manner.
5.3 Right to object
You also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data if you have serious and legitimate reasons for doing so.
You also have the right to object to the use of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes. In this case, no specific justification will be requested.
5.4 Right to free data transfer
You have the right to request that your Personal Data processed by Us be obtained in a structured, commonly used, and readable format and/or transferred to other controllers.
5.5 Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your prior consent for the processing of your Personal Data without any disadvantage when the processing of your Personal Data is based on your consent.
5.6 Automated Decisions and Profiling
You have the right to request that we do not subject you to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you.

5.8 Right to File a Complaint
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, which is the data protection authority under which LEADLIFE falls:

This does not affect your right to pursue a civil action in court.
If you are a resident of or work in an EU member state other than Belgium, you may also file a complaint with your national data protection authority. If you suffer damage as a result of the processing of your Personal Data, you may be entitled to claim compensation.
Article 6 – SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
LEADLIFE takes the protection of your Personal Data seriously and implements appropriate measures at the technical, organizational, and physical levels to prevent the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or accidental disclosure of your data to a third party, as well as the unauthorized processing of this data.
If we determine that a breach of your Personal Data has occurred and poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, LEADLIFE will inform you of the breach, including a description of the potential impact and a recommendation to mitigate any possible negative consequences.
However, LEADLIFE is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the improper or unlawful use of your Personal Data by a party other than LEADLIFE. At the same time, you are also co-responsible for maintaining your privacy, for example, by not allowing third parties to access your confidential communications.
Article 7 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
This Webshop Privacy Policy is governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with Belgian law, which is exclusively applicable.
The courts of the judicial district of East Flanders, division of Ghent, have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this Webshop Privacy Policy.
